INSTRUCTION GUIDE
  1. Click here to access Global Creative Request Form (if prompted log into Monday.com).
  2. Please fill out all required fields.
  3. Download the Asset Request Form. (Question #10)
  4. Fill out the spreadsheet.
  5. Save it to your computer.
  6. Please utilize the file naming structure: Project Name_Request Date_Requestor Name.xlsx
  7. Upload Asset Request Form along with any other pertinent materials. (Question #11)
  8. Click Submit Request.
  9. Once the request is submitted allow one business day for approval or additional information.

*PLEASE NOTE: The minimum turn time on request is 60 days. Expedited requests will be reviewed on an individual basis. If granted, there may be adjustments to timelines for other projects currently underway.
